Lemon parsleyed potatoes

¼ | cup | Parsley |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
Directions
Scrub potatoes.and cook until tender; drain. Place in serving bowl, keep warm. Meanwhile, melt butter, stir in parsley and lemon juice.
Pour over potatoes and stir lightly to coat.
