Lemon yogurt bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs
¾ cup Vegetable oil
cup Sugar
2 cups Lemon yogurt
2 tablespoons Lemon juice; (real lemon)

Directions

Sift the dry ingredients; put in a separate bowl. Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add oil and sugar; mix well. Add yogurt and lemon juice and add dry ingredients - mix well. Pour into two well-greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
