Lemon-caper sauce - mix & match

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Chicken broth
2 larges Garlic cloves; sliced
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Capers
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped

Directions

Put roth and garlic in skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 - 2 minutes until garlic is tender. Stir in lemon juice and capers. Remove from heat, add butter and stir until melted.
