Lemon-pecan tartar sauce

4 3/4 cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Mayonnaise
2 cups Pecans (chopped); toasted
¼ cup Capers; drained,
¼ cup Green onions; minced
¼ cup Parsley (fresh); chopped
2 teaspoons Cornichons; drained, chopped
2 teaspoons Lemon zest
1 Salt
1 Cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix together well. Salt and pepper to taste(t-t). Refrigerate. Serve with seafood as desired.
