Lentil, orzo and potato soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 cups Water
2 tablespoons Nonfat Veg Chicken Broth; Low Sod
1 cup Lentils
½ cup Orzo
1 Potato; Diced
1 Carrot; Chopped
2 Celery Ribs; Chopped
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Tarragon
Salt And Pepper; To Taste

Directions

Put all ingredients into pot. Cook on med heat until potatoes are tender and lentils are soft, about 30 min.
