Lettuce with mushrooms

Ingredients

8 | ounces | Mushrooms; sliced (about 3 cups) |
1 | small | Leek; thinly sliced |
1 | small | Clove garlic; finely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil; |
1 | tablespoon | White wine vinegar; |
½ | teaspoon | Salt; |
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard; |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper; |
1 | medium | Firm head lettuce (about 1 lb) coarsely shredded (about 6 cups) |
Directions
Cook and stir mushrooms, leek and garlic in oil in 10" skillet over medium heat until mushroom are tender. Stir in vinger, salt, mustard and pepper.
