Lettuce with mushrooms

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Mushrooms; sliced (about 3 cups)
1 small Leek; thinly sliced
1 small Clove garlic; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil;
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar;
½ teaspoon Salt;
½ teaspoon Dry mustard;
teaspoon Pepper;
1 medium Firm head lettuce (about 1 lb) coarsely shredded (about 6 cups)

Directions

Cook and stir mushrooms, leek and garlic in oil in 10" skillet over medium heat until mushroom are tender. Stir in vinger, salt, mustard and pepper.
