Sauteed mushrooms

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 tablespoons Ghee
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Cayenne
½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
6 ounces Button mushrooms, sliced

Directions

Melt ghee in a skillet overl ow heat. Add lemon juice, cayenne & cumin seeds. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add mushrooms & saute for 4 to 6 minutes.
