Peach and cherry jam

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Orange, unpelled
6 pounds Peaches
6 pounds Sugar
12 ounces Bottle maraschino cherries, cut in pieces, juice reserved

Directions

MAKES

Put peaches and orange thru meat grinder after the peaches have been peeled and stoned. Boil peach pulp with sugar for ¾ of an hour.
