Lime chicken shish kabob

2 Chicken breasts, cut in

2 Limes, juice of
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Apple juice concentrate
8 ounces Medium mushrooms
1 Red bell pepper, cut in 1\"
Cubes
16 White pearl onions
1 Green bell pepper, cut in 1\"
Pieces
2 smalls Zucchini, cubed

Directions

Combine lime juice, garlic, soy sauce and apple juice and marinate the chicken in it in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers. Grill or broil about 10 minutes, turning and basting with marinade.
