Lite bran muffins

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1⅓ cup Quaker Oats (quick cooking)
cup Fiber One or All Bran
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 x Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon Sweetener
Cereal
cup Skim milk
2 Egg whites or egg replacer
To equal one egg
1 cup Raisins

Revised from a recipe on the Fiber One box. Mix together and add to cereal mixture. Spoon into veg sprayed (or teflon coated) cupcake tins. Bake 25 mins. at 400 degrees. Makes 12.
