Lo-cal new orleans vegetable salad

Ingredients

1⅓ cup Red bell pepper
1⅓ cup Okra
1⅓ cup Cucumbers
1⅓ cup Yellow squash
1⅓ cup Celery
1⅓ cup Snow peas
½ cup Herbal no-oil salad dressing

Directions

1. In large bowl, combine red bell peppers, okra, cucumbers, yellow squash, celery and snow peas.

2. Toss with salad dressing (reduced calorie). 3. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours; toss occasionally.
