Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Plain yogurt
1 clove Garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Mint; chopped*
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ Medium cucumber

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix until blended. Pour over tossed greens. *If using dried mint, decrease to ½ t.
