Lobster and chicken salad

2 Cooked lobsters
250 grams Cooked chicken breast; (8oz)
1 150 gram car natural yogurt
150 millilitres Mayonnaise; (1/4 pint)
2 tablespoons Freshly chopped tarragon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
To garnish: fresh tarragon

Directions

1. Prepare the lobsters following pack instructions. Wash and dry shells.

2. Chop the lobster meat and chicken into pieces and mix with the yogurt, mayonnaise, tarragon and seasoning.

3. Pile into the lobster shells garnish with tarragon and serve with a mixed green salad.
