2½ | cup | Cooked broad noodles |
1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
1 | cup | Unsweetened apple juice |
½ | cup | Raisins |
¼ | cup | Chopped walnuts or pecans |
Directions
Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining other ingredients, except the nuts. Pour into a well oiled 2 qt casserole dish or an 8 inch baking pan. sprinkle on the nuts.
