Macaroni salad for a crowd

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 cups Uncooked macaroni
12 cups Cubed cooked turkey or ham
2 cups Grated cheese
2 cups Chopped celery
2 cups Grated carrots
cup Chopped onions
cup Mayonnaise or salad
Dressing
1 cup Vinegar
¾ cup Lemon juice
cup Sweet pickle juice
¾ teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

Cook macaroni, rinse and drain well. Set aside. In large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, meat, cheese and vegetables. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over salad. Toss to coat well.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Salad is best, when made the same day as being served. This will last 2-3 days.
