Macaroni with corn relish & smoked turkey

Ingredients

1 pounds Rotini, Twists or Spirals uncooked
10 ounces Frozen corn; thawed
2 Celery stalks; diced
1 medium Red onion; diced
12 ounces Smoked turkey; diced
2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
¼ cup Tomato sauce
¼ cup Barbecue sauce
¼ cup Low-sodium chicken broth (defatted)
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
12 Green olives, sliced

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse pasta with cool water.

In a large bowl, stir together the corn, celery, red onion and turkey. In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Stir into corn mixture. Add pasta and toss well. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with olives.
