1 pounds Spinach;cleaned
¼ cup Sesame Seeds;toasted
½ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
3 tablespoons Sesame Oil;dark

Directions

Clean, dry and tear spinach into bite-sized pieces. Arrange in a salad bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Mix oil and vinegar and pour over spinach. Toss and serve.
