Mango and pomegranate salad

Ingredients

1 medium Sized orange; (100 g)
1 Capsicum; (25 g)
1 Cucumber; (100 g)
100 grams Ripe mango cubes
100 grams Fresh pomegranate seeds
15 Grapes; (50 g)
2 Spring onions; chopped fine
3 teaspoons Lemon juice; (15 ml)
1 teaspoon Sugar; (5 g)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Capsico sauce; (5 ml)

Directions

FOR THE SEASONING

PEEL and clean the orange and cut it into segments. Deseed the capsicum and cut it lengthwise. Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Dissolve lemon juice, sugar and salt in a jar. Add Capsico sauce. Mix well. Pour over the salad. Garnish with spring onions.
