Double mango and habanero salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Mango
1 Mango, (green)
2 Habanero chiles; seeded and chopped
2 Shallots; finely chopped
½ cup Fresh cilantro; chopped
1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
1 Lime juice (fresh); one lime
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 pinch Salt

Directions

Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin strips.

Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
