Maple ice cream

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Maple syrup
4 eaches Egg yolks
Salt
teaspoon Vanilla
cup Cream
½ cup Pecanse; chopped

Directions

Heat syrup and pour over egg yolks. Cool, add salt, vanilla and whipped cream. Beat thoroughly and freeze.
