Maple orange pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Orange juice; fresh or frozen
¼ cup Pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup Plain low-fat yogurt; OR sour cream

Directions

Combine orange juice, syrup and sugar in pan; sprinkle with the gelatin.

Heat gently, stirring, until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. In a small bowl, add some orange juice mixture to yogurt or sour cream, blend thoroughly. Add to contents of pan, stir until blended. Turn into serving dishes or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate several hours.

Makes 6 (½ cup) servings. Per serving: 151 calories, 1 gram fat using yogurt. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
