Double orange pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Orange Rind -- grated fresh
3 tablespoons Sugar -- or substitute
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
6 smalls Oranges -- peel, section &
Discard white
Membrane

Directions

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, EXCEPT orange sections. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. Bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring. Boil 2 min, stirring. Remove from heat.

Add orange sections and mix gently.

Pour into 1 bowl or 4 individual serving bowls.

Chill.
