Marinade for beef, pork or chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Oil
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Honey
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Green onion; chopped
teaspoon Ground ginger
pounds Flank steak or other meat

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except meat, in a glass 9x13 dish. Add meat and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 5 hours or more, turning occasionally.

Remove meat from marinade Reserve marinade. Grill or cook meat. Heat marinade to rolling boil. Pass hot marinade with meat.
