1 | Head broccoli; cut into florets | |
1 | medium | Onion; diced |
8 | Mushrooms; quartered | |
1 | medium | Sweet red bell pepper; diced |
½ | cup | Vinegar; (or white wine |
; vinegar) | ||
¾ | cup | Vegetable oil; (or olive oil) |
⅓ | cup | Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Dry mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Poppy seeds |
Directions
MARINADE
In a small mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and blend till sugar is dissolved. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Drizzle marinade over vegetables and toss gently until all are well coated.
Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 4 hours. Toss and serve.
Incredibly delicious! Serves 8 - 10.
