Marinated country-style ribs

Ingredients

cup Vegetable Oil
cup Soy sauce
½ cup White wine vinegar
¼ cup Worchestershire sauce
cup Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
2 Clove garlic; minced
4 pounds Pork country-style ribs; cut into 4-rib portions

1. In medium bowl whisk together oil, soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, pepper, salt, parsley, and garlic.

2. Place ribs in shallow dish with marinade, turning until they are well covered. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, turning meat every few hours.

Prepare grill according to manufacture's direction and oil grid well. Place several presoaked hickory chips on hot coals. Remove ribs from marinade and place approximately 6 inches above coals. Close hood of grill. Cook about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done, brushing every 15 minutes or so with marinade.

~OR-; Heat broiler. Place ribs on cold broiler-pan rack. Broil 5-6 inches from heat source about 45 minutes, turning and basting every 10 minutes until done. Serves 4-6.
