Marinated grilled tuna
1 Servings
Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |
---|---|---|
½ | cup | Soy sauce |
½ | cup | Sherry |
¼ | cup | Sesame oil |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | Clover garlic; minced | |
8 | Tuna steaks; 1/2 inch thick |
Directions
Mix all the marinade ingredients and marinate tuna for no more than 2 hours. I broil them for about 3 minutes per side. I use a little wasabi with mine, but of course my kids don't like it that way. Originally, I had this in a restaurant and they served some kind of wasabi mayonnaise or sauce with this, but I like it with just plain wasabi.
