Marinated mushrooms and peppers

Ingredients

cup White wine or cider vinegar
3 eaches Tb oil
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Dried basil leaves
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Garlic powder
8 ounces Pkg mushrooms, halved
¼ cup Thinly sliced green onion
1 each Green pepper, cut in 1\" pieces
1 each Red bell pepper, cut in 1\" pieces

Directions

MAKES: 3 CUPS

In nonmetal container or ziploc bag, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, basil, salt, and garlic powder; mix well. Add mushrooms and peppers; stir or shake gently to coat. Seal and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Stir before serving. Per ¼ cup serving: 25 cal, 1g pro, 2g carb, 0g fiber, 2g fat, 5mg sodium, 95mg potassium, 1⅕ fat exchange.
