Marla trump's lusty oysters w/ ginger and lime

Ingredients

2 | cloves | Garlic; unpeeled |
6 | tablespoons | Butter; room temp |
¼ | bunch | Cilantro; washed & chopped |
2 | teaspoons | Ginger root; minced |
2 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
20 | Oysters; shucked & drained | |
1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
Directions
Place the garlic in a small pan and roast at 350øF for 20 minutes.
Peel the cloves.
Place the garlic, butter, cilantro, ginger and lime juice in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Place the oysters under the broiler or on the grill over a medium-hot fire and cook until firm to the touch, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
While the oysters are still warm, top each with a tsp of the flavored butter. Serve immediately.
