Marla trump's lusty oysters w/ ginger and lime

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cloves Garlic; unpeeled
6 tablespoons Butter; room temp
¼ bunch Cilantro; washed & chopped
2 teaspoons Ginger root; minced
2 tablespoons Lime juice
20 Oysters; shucked & drained
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Place the garlic in a small pan and roast at 350øF for 20 minutes.

Peel the cloves.

Place the garlic, butter, cilantro, ginger and lime juice in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

Place the oysters under the broiler or on the grill over a medium-hot fire and cook until firm to the touch, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.

While the oysters are still warm, top each with a tsp of the flavored butter. Serve immediately.
