Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Sour cream
cup Mayonnaise
6 ounces Chopped corned beef
2 tablespoons Minced onion
2 tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons Dill seed
1 To 2 ts Beau Monde seasoning
1 Small rye loaf
Cocktail rye slicews

Directions

Combine first seven ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Spoon dip into hollowed loaf and serve with cocktail rye slices.
