Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |
---|---|---|
1 | can | (11.5 oz) evaporated milk |
1 | Stick butter | |
4½ | cup | Sugar |
6 | 1.5-oz Hershey bars; broken into pieces | |
1 | Jar (7 oz) marshmallow cream | |
2 | cups | Pecan halves |
1 | pack | (12 oz) white chocolate chips |
2 | ounces | Soft butter |
Directions
In a heavy, large pan bring milk, butter and sugar to a boil. Turn down to medium high heat and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow creme and Hershey bars and whisk until well incorporated. Quickly fold in white chocolate chips and pecan halves and turn out immediately onto a well buttered, lipped cookie sheet (11" x 16"). Spread evenly. With a wide spatula spread about 2 ounces of soft butter over the top. While still warm, roll about 1 heaping teaspoon of fudge into a ball. The soft white chocolate chips will make a marbled candy. Place on waxed paper until cool.
Put in little paper cups. GREAT gifts! Delicious fudge. My very, very favorite!
Me ke aloha, Mary
