Maryland crab cheesecake delight

24 ounces Cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
½ cup Crushed pretzels
3 eaches Eggs
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Bouillon
1 pounds Backfin crab meat
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh dill

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Cream the cheese and mix in eggs one at a time. Blend in butter or margarine, sour cream, bouillon and lemon juice. Blend crab meat into mixture. Butter 9-inch springform pan, coat with pretzel crumbs and fill with crab mixture. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees or until center is firm; cool with oven door open.

Chill in pan; unmold and garnish with fresh dill. Serve with crackers as hors d'oeuvres.
