Meat filling for dumplings

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
½ pounds Ground meat (beef, pork,
Chicken, or combo)
Salt
¼ teaspoon Allspice
Chopped cooked bacon

Directions

In skillet, saute onion in oil til tender, 5 minutes. Add meat, salt & allspice; brown. Pour off excess fat. Add bacon. Fill dumplings. Boil 20-25 minutes.
