Melted brie with fresh spinach
1 Servings
Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |
---|---|---|
16 | ounces | Brie (Your favorite type) |
1 | bunch | Spinach |
1 | Loaf of sourdough bread (or rolls) |
Directions
Place the Brie on a baking sheet that is lined with foil (or you can use a glass oven dish) and bake at 350 until Brie is half-half way melted. Next, rinse and chop spinach and place on top of the Brie. Add cubed (one inch) bread and change the oven to Broil in order to brown the bread. Cook until bread is to your liking 5 min or light toast or 10 for dark. Serve immediately with roasted garlic and fresh spinach pieces as garnish.
*Option of changing the spinach to fresh blueberries. If you do this, then I suggest cutting the "top" off the Brie and placing the FRESH blueberries inside the Brie and putting the piece back on top. Serve with the bread cubes just like in previous recipe.
