Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Pretzel crumbs
½ cup Chopped onion
4 ounces Can green chiles deseeded and chopped
2 tablespoons Chorizo sausage, chopped
1 tablespoon Chili seasoning
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
8 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese
2 Green peppers

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended. Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of Jack cheese in the center of each. Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds. Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
