Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (750 gram) McCain Gold n Crisp Cross Trax Potatoes
cup Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack
1 cup Salsa
cup Sliced pickled jalapeno peppers (or to taste)
Sour cream

Directions

Spread potatoes in single layer on two 15x10 inch baking sheets. Bake at 450 F for about 10 minutes. Turn potatoes over. Continue to bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until nice and crisp. Place on platter, sprinkle cheese over top. Spoon salsa over top and garnish with sliced pickled jalpeno peppers. Serve with sour cream.
