Spread contents of 2 (l lb) cans of Rosarita refried beans on bottom | ||
Of 13x9 pan. | ||
Brown a pound of hamburger with some onions or onion powder. Drain. | ||
pounds | 1 1/2 cups picante sauce (Rosarita or Pace works well) into beef. | |
Layer mixture over beans. | ||
Layer 1 1/2 cups shredded colby longhorn cheese over beef mixture. | ||
Spread 3 cups guacamole on top of cheese. |

Smooth a cup of sour cream across the guacamole. Dress up as desired with black olives, cilantro, red pepper, green chiles, and a ¼ cup of sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
