Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Corn (or flour) tortillas; in pieces
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro*tel tomatoes with juice
1 pounds Ground beef or turkey
Chili powder; to taste
Garlic powder; to taste
8 ounces Velveeta; cubed

Directions

Brown ground beef with chili powder and garlic powder to taste. Place in order given in a crockpot. Cook 3 to 4 hours on LOW. MM Waldine Van Geffen vghc42a@.... Lynn Thomas' notes: Made this on 9-16- 97, used corn tortillas, regular cut-up tomatoes and Mexican Velveeta. This was an easy and delicious stew that would be good to serve during the football season.
