Mexican pork steaks

4 | Pork blade steaks, 3/4\" | |
1 | teaspoon | Vegetable oil |
1 | cup | Chunky salsa |
⅓ | cup | Water |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon/lime juice |
½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
Salt to taste |
Directions
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet; brown steaks on both sides. Conbine salsa, water, juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked.
