Milk chocolate pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Graham cracker crust
½ pounds Good quality milk chocolate
¼ cup Milk
cup Whipped cream
Semi- sweet chocolate chips; (the mini-kind if you can Find them)

Directions

Prepare the graham cracker crust and side it aside. Break the chocolate bar into pieces. Melt chocolate with the milk on the top of a double boiler, over hot but not boiling water. Cool completely. Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Pour into the graham cracker crust. Garnish with the mini-chips. Cover; chill several hours until firm. Can also be frozen.
