2 cups Chopped celery
2 cups Fresh or frozen-fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 1/2 oz) whole chestnuts; drained and crumbled
2 cups Sliced mushrooms
8 cups Plain croutons
1 cup Chicken broth
2 Eggs; well beaten
Parsley and apricots for garnish

Spoon stuffing into 10 greased individual 1 cup casseroles. One hour before turkey is ready, place casseroles in oven. Surround turkey with unmolded stuffing casseroles.
