Refrigerated sugar cookies | ||
1 | cup | Cherry pie filling |
Frangelico | ||
1 | cup | Frozen whipped topping; thawed |
1 | Ripe banana |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degree. Slice cookie dough into 12 slices. Arrange 3 slices on ungreased cookie sheet in an overlapping circle. Repeat to form large cookies. Bake until golden. For filling and while baking, in small bowl, combine cherry pie filling and a dash of frangelico. Mix well. Set aside. When ready, layer filling between two large cookies. For topping: in a small bowl combine whipped topping and small slices of banana. Mix well.
To serve, top each filled and stacked large cookies with whipped banana topping.
