Mock filet mignon

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Ground chuck
2 ounces Mushroom stems/pieces; drained and finely chopped
1 tablespoon Onion; minced
1 tablespoon Soysauce
¼ teaspoon Pepper
6 slices Bacon

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix lightly. Shape mixture into 6 patties 1-½" thick.

Wrap 1 slice bacon around each patty; secure with wooden pick. Place on a broiler rack; broil 3 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on desired degree of doneness.
