Mock oatmeal cookies

Ingredients

Quantity		Ingredient
		MARILYN SULTAR
2	cups	Matzo Meal
2	cups	Matzo Farfel
1½	cup	Sugar
1	cup	Raisins
1	cup	Nuts; Chopped
1	teaspoon	Cinnamon
½	teaspoon	Salt
⅔	cup	Vegetable Oil
4	xes	Eggs

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Beat in eggs and oil. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about ½ hr.

Makes about 4 doz. I can't eat just one of these at a time!! The cinnamon makes them ummmm ummmmm gooood!! This recipe comes from my earlier edition of the "Rochester Hadassah Cookbook." 04/12/92 5:01 PM
