Mom's instant cocoa with marshmallows
16 cups mix
Ingredients

| 8½ | cup | Dry milk; nonfat, 25.6oz pkg |
| 3 | cups | Instant chocolate drink mix; |
| . for milk, 16oz pkg | ||
| 1½ | cup | Non-dairy coffee creamer; |
| . 6oz jar | ||
| 1½ | cup | Confectioners sugar |
| 1½ | cup | Miniature marshmallows |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. Give mix with serving instructions.
Makes about 16 cups of cocoa mix, enough for 32 servings.
To Serve: Stir ½ cup cocoa mix into 9oz of hot water.
