Mom's tuna noodle casserole bread

1 pack Yeast
¼ teaspoon Sugar
cup Better for Bread flour
1 tablespoon Gluten
½ teaspoon Salt
ounce White tuna water pack
Well drained
½ cup Celery;chopped
2 tablespoons Minced onion;dried
1 cup Chow Mein noodles
1 Egg
10½ ounce Cream of Mushroom soup, heated
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Add all the ingredients in the order listed, set darkness control at 12 o'clock. Select white bread and push "Start." This bread should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. The aroma and taste of this bread is just like our mom's favorite Sunday night supper. The kids make a meal of it. Shared by Barb Day
