1 | medium | Tomato, peeled and sliced |
½ | cup | Fresh Mushrooms, sliced |
Directions
Instructions:
Combine first 8 ingredients in a 10-inch skillet, stirring well; bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmed 10 minutes. Layer fillets, onion, tomato, and mushrooms in wine mixture; cover and simmer 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Transfer fish and vegetables to a serving platter.
