Mr food's asian chicken salad

2 | tablespoons | Sesame oil |
½ | cup | Sesame seeds |
4 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
2 | pounds | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; in 1/2\" chunks |
¾ | cup | Vegetable oil |
½ | cup | Sugar |
¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
¼ | cup | White vinegar |
1 | Head Napa cabbage; in bite-size pieces | |
1 | can | (11oz) mandarin oranges |
Directions
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over Medium heat. Saute sesame seeds and garlic 2-3 minutes, or until sesame seeds are golden. Add chicken, vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook 4-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile, place cabbage, snow peas and mandarin oranges in a large bowl or on a serving platter. Top with the chicken mixture nad toss until well coated. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
