Mr food's asian chicken salad

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Sesame oil
½ cup Sesame seeds
4 Cloves garlic; minced
2 pounds Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; in 1/2\" chunks
¾ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup White vinegar
1 Head Napa cabbage; in bite-size pieces
1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges

Directions

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over Medium heat. Saute sesame seeds and garlic 2-3 minutes, or until sesame seeds are golden. Add chicken, vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook 4-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile, place cabbage, snow peas and mandarin oranges in a large bowl or on a serving platter.
