½ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Cider vinegar
teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Chopped parsley -- fresh
2 tablespoons Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
¼ teaspoon Dried basil
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
16 ounces Frozen corn -- thawed &
Drained
2 larges Tomatoes -- peel/coarsley
Chop
½ cup Green pepper -- chopped
½ cup Scallion -- chopped

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsely, salt, sugar, basil, and cayenne pepper. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix well, cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
