Ingredients

1 x Med head cabbage, shredded
3 xes Carrots, sliced thin
1 x Green pepper, sliced thin
2 xes Cucumbers, peeled & diced
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Water
½ cup Oil
1 x Lg Onion, sliced thin
¾ cup Vinegar
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Mix liquids. Add vegetables and let stand in fridge overnight.
