Mushroom salad with herbs from cook's of crocus hill+

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Fresh mushrooms
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Finely chopped onion
1 Clove garlic
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Herbal vinegar
½ tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Chives, chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped

Directions

Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth. remove the stems and slice the caps into thinslices. Put them in a serving bowl and add salt and black pepper. stir in chopped onion and crushed garlic. Stir in oil and vinegar, then the lemon juice and chopped herbs. Serve soon after making.
